What do you expect from a scoring system? To reflect usefulness for the team/quality of gameplay of each player with relative accuracy. Don't ask why and don't say it's not needed, as Hypno mentioned we are not arguing about sense of scoring here. Perhaps you should have a "test the scoring system ...

Ok, my suggestions for the pool options: 1. Revert back to the old scoring system, which isn't perfect but does much better than current and people are familiar with it 2. Use Pir's scoring suggestion with my fix (20 for fckill). By calculations it seems to respect both sides and appears to be more ...

I think ur wrong :) Its much easier to stand still and frag someone then to move fast and find/aim/frag someone and take the flag and get away before he respawns and kill u. But on startup surely they have the time to bring them in position ... later this becomes even harder because respawns mix the stuff up :o but even have more chances to live than a attacker :D if attacker dont sit at a respawn spot and do respawnkills :> Thats why i tell all mappers to dont do the ...
